Overview

Slightly eccentric, Le Méridien Tahiti is the only hotel located on a white sandy beach and a turquoise lagoon, with view of Moorea. This resort was completely renovated in 2010 and will suit all types of clients, especially those on stays longer than one night. It is located 30 minutes from the Atimaono golf course (18 holes), the Botanical Garden and the Gauguin Museum, near the small shopping center Tamanu and the Museum of Tahiti & her islands. Downtown Papeete is about 20 minutes from the hotel.

Carl's Tip

Plan some time to enjoy the resorts unique massive pool with an all sand bottom. Then grab a mask and snorkel to marvel at the incredible coral and fish just off the beach and around the overwater bungalows. This resort has the best snorkelling of all the major resorts in Tahiti.
